01 Information We Collect
Account information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Sign in with Google
If you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us so we can create and secure your account. We do not request or access your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or any other Google data.
Connected social accounts
When you connect a social platform (such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn and others), we store the access tokens needed to publish content on your behalf. You can disconnect any account at any time.
Content you create
We store the posts, captions, media, templates, hashtags and schedules you create within the Service so we can deliver and schedule them.
Usage & device data
We collect basic log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and timestamps to operate, secure and improve the Service.
02 How We Use Your Information
- To create your account, authenticate you, and keep you signed in.
- To schedule and publish your content to the platforms you connect.
- To provide analytics and insights about your content.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
- To communicate important service and support messages.

03 Google User Data
IntelliCubix's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data obtained through Google Sign-In is used solely to provide and improve user-facing features (account creation and authentication). We do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We do not use it for advertising, and humans do not read it except where required for security or to comply with the law.
04 Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential — an authentication cookie (
ic_token) that keeps you signed in. The Service does not work without it. - Preferences — your theme (light/dark) and cookie-consent choice, stored in your browser.
We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear cookies any time in your browser settings.

- Social platforms you connect — to publish the content you ask us to.
- Service providers (e.g. hosting, database) bound by confidentiality, only as needed to run the Service.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.

We protect your data with industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information.
